Our Mission
IVBT Pty Ltd is a private Registered Training Organisation (RTO 46176) and CRICOS Provider (04239M) registered with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
Located in Ultimo, Sydney, we deliver three nationally recognised qualifications in Leadership and Management. Our courses are designed for international students seeking practical skills, real pathways, and genuine career outcomes.
Our Vision
As a provider of vocational education and training (VET), we operate under the VET Quality Framework, the ESOS Act 2000, and the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
We are committed to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training that produces graduates ready to lead in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Industry-current trainers
Our trainers and assessors bring operational and leadership experience from real workplaces — not just textbooks.
Small cohorts, personal support
We keep class sizes small so every student receives one-to-one support from their trainer. A buddy programme pairs new students with peers from day one.
Student-first welfare
We identify support needs at enrolment and create a Student Support Plan where needed. Support includes additional learning resources, reasonable adjustment in assessment, social events, and referrals to external services.
Protected and compliant
Your fees are protected through our TPS membership and responsible fee collection practices. We do not collect more than 50% of total course fees prior to commencement.
