From application to orientation
Your application in five steps

Submit your application
Complete an Application for Enrolment Form and include all supporting documents: High School Certificate, proof of English proficiency, and your passport.

Interview
Once we receive and verify your application, we will arrange an interview — in person, via phone, or video call.

Offer Letter
If successful, we send an Offer Letter and Student Agreement with your fees, duration, payment plan, and terms. Sign and return it.

Payment and CoE
Once we receive your first payment, we issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) for your student visa application.

Arrive and orientate
Arrive in Australia in time for your first class. Day one includes orientation: campus tour, support services, and emergency procedures.
What you need to apply
Academic Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent)
- Course entry interview
Additional for Advanced Diploma (BSB60420)
Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package, or 2+ years of operational/leadership experience.
English Language Requirements
- IELTS 5.5 overall (or equivalent PTE/TOEFL)
- 5 years of education in an English-speaking country
- Successful completion of an English Placement Test
Test results must be no more than 2 years old.
Documents you will need
Valid passport
Current passport with at least 6 months validity.
Academic transcripts
Year 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
English test certificate
IELTS 5.5, PTE, TOEFL, or equivalent evidence.
Financial capacity evidence
Proof that you can cover tuition and living costs.
Statement of purpose
A brief statement explaining your study goals.
